• Dues are $1200 and are due by 2/28/25
• Garbage Fee for homeowners only is $100 due by 2/28/25.

Payments can be mailed to 60 Bear Den Road, Sparta NC 28675 or can be paid through our PayPal link. (If using the link, you will need to include an additional 3% to cover their fee)
